Weekly Update — Spring Concert & More
Dear Families,
We hope you had a wonderful weekend! A few reminders for the week ahead. First, a note from Principal Davies about the updated drop-off procedures starting Monday. Please use the east entrance between 8:15 and 8:30am as construction continues on the main lot.
Also, we wanted to thank everyone who participated in Read Across Canada Day last week! The students read a combined 4,200 pages — a new school record. Special thanks to the parent volunteers who made it possible.
The Spring Concert is confirmed for March 28th at 6:30pm in the gymnasium. Students should arrive by 6:00pm and enter through the side door. Seating is first-come, first-served.
The PAC meeting originally scheduled for April 2nd has been moved to April 9th. We'll be discussing the proposed playground upgrade and reviewing bids from three contractors.
A quick reminder about the hot lunch program — Friday is pizza day. Please send $5 with your child. Gluten-free options are available upon request.
Finally, lost and found is overflowing! Please check for your child's missing items before spring break. Unclaimed items will be donated on March 31st.

Hello Westside Families!
Here's everything happening at the district this spring. We have a packed schedule and can't wait to see you!
Senior Badminton League starts April 3rd, Thursdays 7–9pm. Registration at the front desk.
High School Volleyball Tryouts are March 22nd, 10am–12pm in Gym B. Open to grades 9–12.
Spring Soccer registration is now open for U10 and U12 divisions. First practice April 7th at 4:30pm, Field A. Contact Coach Williams for details.
The PAC Annual General Meeting is April 12th at 6pm in the community room. All parents are welcome to attend.
Adult Swim Lane Booking: the lap pool will be closed March 25–27 for maintenance.
Summer Camp Early Bird pricing ends March 31st — save 15% on all kids' programs ages 6–12.
